- Understanding what anxiety is, how it works and how it actually feels in the body so you can recognise when the pattern is kicking in
- Identifying your own cycle of anxiety
- Doing practical exercises to help you identify how anxiety feels for you and nail down your own pattern of anxiety
- A couple of techniques to calm the body and the mind
In Part 2, we will focus on tools and strategies you can apply immediately.
