ANXIETY RELIEF WORKSHOP FOR MOTHERS

Below you will find both the PART 1 AND PART 2 REPLAYS OF THE ANXIETY RELIEF WORKSHOP FOR MOTHERS for which you registered.

Please watch them soon, as they will only be available for a couple of weeks.

To get the benefit and start to ease anxiety, it is important that you do the work, i.e, apply the information and tools I have shared here to your own situation and do the exercises and use the techniques. It starts by understanding what anxiety actually is. So don't skip that part.

SESSION 1
​
There is a lot in this session. So you may want to watch it in sections and apply what you learn in each section before moving onto the next.

This session focuses on:
  • Debunking myths about anxiety
  • Understanding what anxiety is, how it works and how it actually feels in the body so you can recognise when the pattern is kicking in
  • Identifying your own cycle of anxiety
  • Doing practical exercises to help you identify how anxiety feels for you and nail down your own pattern of anxiety 
  • A couple of techniques to calm the body and the mind

In Part 2, we will focus on tools and strategies you can apply immediately.
SESSION 2

​Below is the REPLAY OF PART 2 of the anxiety relief workshop for mothers.

In there, you will find several tools and techniques you can use immediately, including tools to address issues raised in participants' questions (e.g. the anxiety-inducing overwhelming to-do- list).

There is also a demo with a participant of a technique called 'successful completion' that you can use for any specific event you feel anxious about.
