8 weeks to ease the anger, guilt, anxiety and hidden rules of motherhood so you can feel that you matter and feel more fulfilled, valued, visible and in control
Motherhood turned out not to be what they expected. They think they are failing and they blame themselves for being bad mums. And there aren't many places you can express that safely in our society, right?! Usually, you get told you are depressed or a bad mum, if you express any kind of dissatisfaction with motherhood!
The reality is that they, like you, are not broken. They don't need fixing and there is nothing wrong with them. There are many key factors, some psychological and emotional, and some social and cultural (that are usually badly understood or misunderstood), that shape how they, and how you, think, feel and behave...
...and when they understand what is going on beneath the surface, they can start feeling valued, heard and more fulfilled.
If that's you, listen to and read what our participants got out of it and read on to find out how the So Much More Than A Mother program can help you to ease anxiety, anger and guilt and feel valued, fulfilled and like you matter!

"I think the programme is very good. (...) The first week on getting clear was very enlightening for me and the modules on anger and the societal roles of a mother. These resonated with me and my situation and made me feel understood and that what I am experiencing is very common. Also that people don't talk about it is very common. (...) It offers informative videos that both educate and guide you through what you're experiencing alongside group coaching where you can talk about your take on the videos, your experiences and how you're finding things as you apply what you learn. This group environment is also very helpful because, as others share their stories and struggles, you can see yourself in them and know that you are not alone. This has been particularly reassuring for me as I have not had good support from the in-person mum network I had here, but in the SMMTAM group I have not only felt seen, heard and understood but supported as I worked my way through my challenges(...). ."
